Established in 1979 by Engr. K. Vijayachandran and Engr. V. Sreedevi as a partnership firm for providing services in  Industrial Projects, Plant Engineering, Structural Engineering and Building Design:  Naval Architecture and Marine Systems Division was added later, in 1997

Naval Architecture and Marine Systems, Structural Engineering, Plant Engineering, and Management Consultancy.
